DUI - LICENSE SUSPENSIONS & ARD

If you have been charged with a DUI, DWI or DAI in Pennsylvania and are considering accepting the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD) Program but would like to know a little more about what implications this will have on your Driver's License, the following tips will give you a better idea as to what general guidelines the courts use:

Generally, if your BAC was less than .10%, you will not face a license suspension unless other factors are involved. 

If you BAC was .10% - to less than .16%, you may have a 30 day suspension of your driver's license unless other factors are involved.

If your BAC was .16% and higher, you may have a 60 day suspension unless other factors are involved.
